How you’ll make an impact:
- Lead and develop a team responsible for data governance and data management, ensuring improved data quality and consistency
- Own and drive data governance activities, including defining data ownership, improving data quality, and establishing governance processes
- Execute and advance governance efforts across key datasets, ensuring proper ownership and accountability
- Contribute to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives, supporting improved efficiency and reduced manual work
- Drive completion of key initiatives, including finalizing ongoing reporting projects and reducing manual processes
- Partner closely with Analytics, Finance, Compliance, and other business stakeholders to align data processes with business needs
- Support the organization in improving data quality and structure, enabling better use of data
- Act as a leader within the team, driving direction and implementing improved ways of working
- Plan and direct the work of a small team, while influencing broader team structure and ways of working
- Participate in cross-functional collaboration to improve data-related processes and outcomes
What you’ll need (Required):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 10+ years of experience in data, IT, or related fields
- Experience in data governance, data management, or related areas
- Demonstrated experience managing teams
- Strong understanding of data processes and data quality concepts
- Some level of technical capability (e.g., working with data, SQL, or similar tools)
