With millions of patients served in over 100 countries, each team makes a meaningful contribution by improving patient outcomes and discovering lasting solutions for unmet patient needs. Our Sales Effectiveness & Incentive Sr Analyst position is a unique career opportunity that could be your next step towards an exciting future.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Drive SIP Administration – Administer the Sales Incentive Plan across Latin America, ensuring the incentive system (e.g. Anaplan) is configured with correct quotas, metrics, positions, and criteria. You’ll handle exceptions (new hires, terminations, promotions, leaves) and perform manual adjustments as needed to guarantee accurate commission calculations.

  • Ensure Data Quality & Documentation – Consolidate and validate sales quotas and distribute individual quota to the team. Maintain territory assignments in CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce and JDE) in line with managers’ requests. You will also document the SIP design and keep all plan documentation and sign-offs (DocuSign) organized and up to date, ensuring a transparent and well-communicated incentive process.

  • Provide Sales Performance Analysis – Gather and analyze data from CRM (SFDC), ERP, and other sources to generate key performance metrics. Use these insights to support sales strategy decisions, validate that incentive plans are driving the desired outcomes, and suggest adjustments for continuous improvement. You’ll also review the impact of account transfers or territory changes on quotas to assist leadership in making informed decisions. Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales results and other key metrics applicable to all reporting systems. Ensure Monitor data integrity on sales dashboards and provide user support to the field for sales tools. Generate standardized reports on sales information to track attainment of growth objectives, e.g., sales results, historical growth, market growth trends, budget variance, sales exceptions and product use

  • Support Training & Adoption – Coordinate and support training sessions for sales team members on incentive plan tools and processes. Translate or localize training content as needed and serve as a go-to resource to ensure the sales team fully understands how the SIP works and how to use related systems.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with regional sales managers and other stakeholders to address special incentive cases and territory updates. Partner with Finance/HR on commission payouts and adjustments, ensuring payouts align with SIP policies and any manual corrections are tracked and minimized. You’ll also contribute to special projects like building a customer hierarchy (serving as the SFE point person) or integrating new data/metrics into the incentive program, helping to drive overall sales effectiveness improvements.

What We Do

Edwards Lifesciences (NYSE: EW), is the global leader in patient-focused medical innovations for structural heart disease, as well as critical care and surgical monitoring. We thrive on discovery and expanding the boundaries of medical technology, serving patients in 100+ countries, with the help of our employees in areas including Clinical Affairs, Quality Engineering, Research & Development, Regulatory Affairs, Sales & Marketing, corporate functions and more. Our roots date back to 1958 when Miles Lowell Edwards, a retired engineer with a background in hydraulics and fuel pump operations, set out to build the first artificial heart. Edwards believed the heart could be mechanized and was encouraged by Dr. Albert Starr to focus on developing an artificial heart valve. After just two years, the first Starr-Edwards mitral valve was developed and successfully placed in a patient. This innovation spawned Edwards Laboratories. Miles’ fascination with healing the heart and helping patients with heart disease stemmed from his own experience with rheumatic fever as a teenager and continues to fuel our patient-first culture today. Today, we are as passionate about providing innovative solutions for people fighting cardiovascular disease as we have ever been. It's our Credo. It takes integrity, collaboration, innovation, and focus. We are leaders in the design and manufacture of tissue replacement heart valves and repair products as well as advanced hemodynamic monitoring. We partner with physicians to innovate products designed to help patients live longer, healthier, and more productive lives. Our work is both rewarding and a privilege. The importance of what we do defines our approach. We work together to create an environment where ideas can flourish and we provide our people with the resources, expertise and support to bring those ideas to life.
