The role also manages vendor negotiations, documentation, food safety reporting, GMP compliance, and cross-functional improvement programs.

Provides transactional and administrative HR support across employee data and payroll changes, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, records management, compliance, safety incidents, employee relations, and HR events. Uses Workday to maintain personnel information and supports benefits, recruitment, training, recognition, and other site initiatives while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Provides broad HR administrative and program support, including recruitment processes, onboarding, HRIS transactions, performance and compensation cycles, succession planning, training coordination, payroll paperwork, exit processing, and employee engagement initiatives. Maintains HR documentation and SOPs, supports HR leadership, analyzes organizational trends, and identifies process efficiencies.

Lead and deliver capital and process improvement projects in food/beverage manufacturing. Design processes, validate scope, manage budgets, optimize capacity, implement continuous improvement and food safety initiatives, perform risk assessments, coach site staff, and present findings to stakeholders.
