This position will provide administrative support and project management of HR initiatives and programs such as year-end performance management and compensation cycle, talent review and succession planning, employee engagement initiatives, creating documents, and finding efficiencies in the processes.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, review, and advise on tasks related to the recruitment process and employment strategies to meet human resources requirements.
- Create and maintain the onboarding process for new hires, and create SOPs for employee transactions in the HRIS system.
- Support year-end performance management process by preparing for calibration sessions, compensation review, and year-end documentation for employees and managers.
- Provide support to HR leadership in creating and maintaining processes and documents for succession planning, talent reviews, and organizational trends.
- Coordinate all aspects of training programs for an organization with communications, selection, and logistics, as well as create evaluation forms and provide an overview of results.
- Onboard in the ADP HR system.
- Process paperwork to ensure that paperwork is received on time for payroll processing.
- Process exiting employees and oversee exit interview surveys, providing themes for the HR team to review.
- Additional Human Resources support and projects as required.
Experience, Skills, Education:
- Must have an Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience is required.
- Knowledge of human resources systems, policies, and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Emphasis on providing solutions vs. pointing out problems.
- Demonstrated ability to take on new/unfamiliar assignments and increasing responsibilities.
