Support development and execution of brand strategies to meet volume, profit, and share targets. Manage and grow national chain off-premise accounts by developing and executing annual business plans, national and regional promotional programs, and distributor execution. Drive distribution and profitability, manage budgets/ROI and tactical funds, prepare sales presentations and account reviews, collaborate with internal sales and channel leaders, analyze syndicated data, and travel up to 40% to support account execution.

Provide strategic HR advice and support to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with policies and employment law, support recruitment activities, and contribute to HR initiatives and projects.

Support Corporate Development & Strategy by evaluating M&A and strategic initiatives across Beverage Alcohol and CPG. Build complex financial and valuation models, lead deal execution and due diligence, manage data rooms, partner cross-functionally (Legal, Finance, Tax, Operations), develop integration plans, conduct industry and competitor research, and prepare executive- and board-level presentations and recommendations.

Manage financial planning and analysis for operational expenditures including reporting, forecasting, and SAP support. Collaborate cross-functionally and lead cost-saving initiatives.

Manage and prioritize capital-projects for key accounts end-to-end: contract and procurement oversight, financial controls, cash flow and forecasting, KPI and dashboard creation, process standardization, vendor and cross-functional coordination, importation support, and leadership of the business administration team to ensure on-time, compliant project execution and continuous improvement.
