Leads global commercial excellence for Sonihull by coaching Regional Business Managers, improving sales operations and governance, strengthening forecasting and pipeline management, aligning Alfa Laval’s regional sales teams, driving technology adoption, and contributing to commercial strategy. The role combines extensive field leadership, organizational diagnostics, stakeholder influence, capability building, and strategic partnership with senior sales leadership across a multicultural, matrixed organization.

Own and improve global talent management, succession, performance management, and talent review processes. Use people data, Power BI, and Excel to identify trends and deliver actionable insights. Support talent development, internal mobility, leadership pipelines, manager workshops, HR technology improvements, and broader People initiatives. Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders globally as a subject-matter expert, translating complex talent and performance topics into practical solutions.

Sell Alfa Laval products and services within the Ocean Division, supporting customers with product identification, technical assistance, quotations, follow-up, and upselling. Maintain accurate CRM usage to support sales decisions and processes. The role requires collaboration across international, matrixed teams, strong customer service, effective prioritization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Sell Alfa Laval products and services within the Ocean Division, supporting customers with product identification, complex quotations, technical assistance, quote follow-up, and upselling. Maintain accurate CRM usage throughout the sales process, collaborate with international stakeholders, and prioritize multiple customer and sales activities in a fast-paced environment.

Prepare and QA cost quotes for service and parts orders by gathering and validating labor, parts, shipping, and logistics inputs. Coordinate with Field Service, Service Centers, Distribution Centers, and internal teams to confirm scope, technician requirements, and approvals. Maintain documentation and audit trails in OneCRM/One4AL/OneService/ServiceNow, hand off quotes to Sales, and support margin analysis.

Owns Alfa Laval’s indirect channel partner lifecycle across India, including channel strategy, partner onboarding, business planning, performance management, training, digital adoption, marketing, and relationship governance. The role analyzes channel and market data using Excel and Power BI, supports pricing and forecasting, provides technical guidance on industrial equipment, manages contracts and escalations, and drives partner sales growth, customer feedback, and cross-business collaboration. Travel within the assigned territory is required.

Coordinates project orders, component purchasing, supplier invoices, logistics, customs documentation, bonded-material compliance, production schedules, delivery tracking, and ERP order closure. Maintains commercial and inventory data, collects certificates, supports financial inventory activities, monitors OEM extra costs, and reports delivery performance. Requires strong communication, customs knowledge, ERP and Microsoft Office experience, English proficiency, and supply chain or manufacturing experience.

Manage daily payments, reimbursements, bank reconciliations, cash-pool monitoring, cash forecasting, petty cash, account analysis, and bank account administration. Support financial close processes, audits, banking documentation, SAFE-related matters, and financial system improvement projects. Coordinate with banks, subsidiaries, and internal and external auditors while completing ad hoc finance tasks.

Plans and leads medium- to high-complexity transformation, manufacturing, supply chain, and facility projects at the Broken Arrow site. Manages scope, budgets, schedules, risks, stakeholders, change initiatives, and project teams while improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and operational efficiency. Develops business cases, reports progress to leadership, supports operational planning, and coaches local colleagues. The role is onsite and requires approximately 30% domestic and international travel.

Coordinates project orders, purchasing, component tracking, production schedules, logistics, customs documentation, vendor invoices, delivery documentation, and ERP order closure. Maintains commercial and bonded-material records, supports inventory activities, analyzes on-time delivery performance, and reports project component status. Requires collaboration with customers, suppliers, factories, OEMs, project engineers, and internal teams.
