Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting by phone, email, and LinkedIn; respond rapidly to inbound leads; qualify IT and AI infrastructure buyers; book discovery meetings for Account Executives; research target accounts; maintain accurate HubSpot records; and provide market feedback to sales and marketing leadership.

The Sales Manager (DACH) is responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, building relationships with stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver cloud storage solutions in the DACH market.

Own and scale Impossible Cloud's global GTM for GPU and AI infrastructure: define segmentation, pricing, and playbooks; build and lead global GTM teams; align product and engineering with market needs; drive partnerships, enterprise deals, and thought leadership to accelerate adoption.

Provide broad in-house legal support across commercial contracts, venture capital and M&A, German employment law, and general corporate matters. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, advise founders and teams, build scalable templates and playbooks, and work with external counsel as needed.

The role involves high-volume sales to AI startups and enterprise buyers, managing quick cycles, matching GPU inventory to demands, and closing deals effectively while building relationships.

Own product and go-to-market strategy for GPU and AI services: define roadmap, pricing, packaging, and target segments; convert customer research into engineering backlogs; act as technical lead for enterprise accounts; monitor competitors and work with sales and channel partners to scale commercial adoption.

Support in-house counsel with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts; assist on VC transactions and cap table maintenance; support employment law matters under German law; build contract templates and playbooks; conduct legal research and prepare summaries.

Own and build the revenue tech stack: integrate HubSpot, Clay, Superset and Claude via APIs and n8n; maintain HubSpot as system of record; design automated enrichment and AI-assisted lead qualification workflows; surface product telemetry signals to sales/marketing; collaborate with Sales and Marketing to translate GTM needs into automated systems.
