The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for organizing forecasting demand for supplies, managing purchase orders for replenishment, and ensuring stock availability in Tmart stores and warehouses. This role includes leading system migrations, providing solutions to inventory challenges, guiding country planners, and building dashboards to report on KPIs and availability.

The Account Advisor II - Chat will manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints via live chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling complaints related to orders and vendors, registering complaints in the system, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

The Admin tMart position involves tasks such as raising purchase orders, updating internal databases, tracking orders, communicating with suppliers and operations team, generating reports, maintaining Google files, and handling ad hoc tasks. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in data recording and the administrative field, be detail-oriented, able to prioritize effectively, interact with senior-level executives, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsible for developing business through partner restaurants, maintaining long-term relationships, handling menu photos, promotions, advertisement sales, and optimizing transmission methods. Conduct business reviews, maintain relationships with clients/restaurants, provide excellent service and support, update menus, renegotiate commission rates, and generate promotions. Coordinate with restaurants for online payment gateways, marketing campaigns, and sales growth strategies. Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience required with excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements, analyze customer experience metrics, manage project timelines, identify process improvements, and lead complex operational initiatives.

Responsible for telesales and cold calling to reach decision-makers in businesses, meeting KPIs, maintaining records of calls and sales, and providing solutions aligned with company offers.
