Unlock revenue & efficiency opportunities through effective data management & analysis, streamline reporting, develop clearer ways of visualizing important metrics and trends, proactively seek fresh insight and opportunity, and manage governance around data collection, management & reporting for digital marketing functions.

Lead and manage the Cash Centre team, oversee query management and resolution, drive adherence to service level agreements, assess and mitigate risks associated with cash handling, and maintain effective controls.

Maintain service and application stability, availability, and reliability through Service Management processes. Provide level two technical support and business/domain knowledge. Ensure quality service across geographies.

Responsible for driving the strategy and implementation of data-driven marketing capabilities to unlock revenue and efficiency opportunities. Manage digital products and lead technology implementation programs. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align product positioning with business objectives. Experience in diverse industries and international marketing is advantageous.

Define enterprise architecture to meet business, regulatory, legal and policy requirements while simplifying the overall technology landscape. Develop a technology roadmap aligned with investment in technology components to support the technology strategy and client engagement. Focus on local interactions and Group standards alignment.

To support the production of regular reporting & requested insights & analytics to enable the Financial Insights Leads, Head of Reporting & Control & businesses in delivering their strategic objectives. Delivering reporting relating to profit & loss and balance sheet for Business Units, Client, Sector, Region & Legal Entity through high-quality business reports.
