Leads the Operations Control capability and team across banking product operations. Establishes and monitors end-to-end control frameworks, tracks key risk indicators, identifies and remediates operational risks, analyzes trends through dashboards, and influences stakeholders to strengthen controls and minimize non-financial risk and operational losses.

Supports Agile delivery, RFI/RFP evaluations, platform and operating-system management, and collaboration across technology and business teams.

Applies data mining, statistical analysis, machine learning, and visualization techniques to structured and unstructured datasets. Builds models such as credit scoring, propensity, and churn models; identifies business insights and opportunities; and collaborates with clients, data, and technology teams to support business decisions. Responsibilities also include understanding data architecture, ETL processes, data flows, software development, business intelligence, and financial services data.

Identifies and remediates data misalignment between the bank’s SAP CRM customer master file and partner systems. The role manages data integration processes, interface specifications, governance standards, data quality, compliance alignment, and process improvements. It acts as a subject matter expert on integration architecture, supports partner system alignment, monitors data management developments, and collaborates with system owners, remediation teams, compliance, and data stewards.

Manage financial crime compliance risk across AML, CFT, sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption, and tax-evasion facilitation prevention. Provide advisory services, oversee investigations and regulatory reporting, implement policies and controls, guide technology and surveillance-system enhancements, manage stakeholder and regulator relationships, lead compliance monitoring and training, and supervise the financial crime compliance team.

Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and maintains software programs. Translates business and functional requirements into technical specifications and develops programming solutions using modern engineering practices, including DevOps and Agile. Works within established programming standards and under the supervision of senior technical resources. The role also applies API engineering, automation, cloud computing, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment practices.

Manage end-to-end project delivery using project management best practices, coordinating cross-functional teams and resources to deliver scalable business solutions within defined scope, cost, quality, and timeline parameters. Responsibilities include project planning, resourcing, administration, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
