Drive acquisition for Standard Bank's offshore banking business for assigned portfolio/jurisdiction. Develop and manage internal and external distribution channels, fulfill channel and client needs, build relationships, and achieve defined revenue targets.

Manage a portfolio of clients, perform comprehensive needs analysis, proactively engage and cross-sell products, handle client service requests and complaints, and coordinate with internal specialists to manage credit, operational risks, and accurate record-keeping to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

Lead finance reporting and management information for credit portfolio performance. Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform Heads of Credit and Product, review model assumptions (statistical, econometric, ML), ensure data management compliance, collaborate with IT on system design, and coordinate risk management training across the business to support decision-making and mitigate operational risk.

Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategy and roadmaps for a dedicated portfolio. Align IT and business strategy, evaluate solution architectures for scalability, security and compliance, identify risks and remediation, engage stakeholders, guide solution architects, and ensure integration with enterprise frameworks to support digitalisation and future growth.

Provide end-to-end People & Culture business partner support for assigned portfolios. Advise stakeholders on P&C matters, manage P&C systems, ensure governance and data compliance, support workforce planning and budgeting, and support organisational design and change initiatives to deliver the People Promise.

Process new-client onboarding and client changes, complete KYC due diligence per AML/CFT regulations, communicate with clients and internal teams, obtain and verify documentation, update Goldtier and Salesforce, and review analysts' work to minimize compliance risk.

Lead translation of group and Country/BU data vision into executable data strategies. Coordinate data programmes, enforce governance and compliance, manage stakeholders and service providers, and deliver scalable data platforms, pipelines, warehouses, integrations and reporting to enable data-driven decisions.

Drive new account openings, Flexipay sign-ups and loan acquisitions by identifying customer needs, cross-selling products, executing activation campaigns, ensuring correct KYC and logging service issues in Salesforce. Provide performance reports, resolve client issues, and meet acquisition and retention targets to grow market share.

Provide independent oversight, challenge and assurance of non-financial risk practices. Review risk assessments, monitor KRIs, investigate incidents, support audits and regulatory reviews, and partner with stakeholders to embed risk frameworks and ensure timely remediation.

Support front office and portfolio managers to source, analyse, structure, and execute South Africa-focused private debt and credit investments across sectors. Originate and close transactions (investment grade and high yield), perform financial and credit analysis, manage complex transaction structures, drive portfolio performance and profitable growth, and manage multiple deals independently.
