Diagnose firmware and configuration issues, replicate defects in test environments, escalate verified bugs to engineering, maintain service desk documentation, and improve internal processes to meet SLAs and minimize fleet downtime.

Manage and retain SME customer accounts through daily outreach, contract renewals, upsells and after-sales service. Drive cross-company referrals, explain product features, work with network partners, use CRM systems for data and trend analysis.

Outbound B2B sales role focused on prospecting existing Radius customers and acquiring new business to cross-sell telematics. Make outbound calls and emails, deliver online demos, track activity in CRM, meet monthly targets, and stay informed on market trends and competitors.

Manage and grow relationships with large customers, identify EV, charging and sustainable transport opportunities, provide consultative EV guidance, generate referrals into other divisions, promote multi-product solutions to increase account value and retention, and support company strategic objectives.

Engage customers to understand needs, present solutions, perform online demos, follow up leads, generate revenue from new and existing customers, provide after-sales support, obtain referrals, take orders and arrange installations.
