Lead and develop a phone-based inbound/outbound sales team focused on same-day and short-cycle closes. Build daily cadence, Salesforce dashboards, SOPs, call flows, and contact strategies. Coach on-floor through side-by-side selling, call reviews, and live-call support. Track and report daily/weekly performance, enforce accountability, and spend the first month selling to understand processes.

Design, deploy, monitor, and support scalable AWS-based infrastructure for vehicle telematics. Manage containers with Docker and Kubernetes, implement IaC with Terraform, build queue-based pipelines (RabbitMQ/SQS), run CI/CD (Argo), and implement monitoring, logging, alerting and cloud security to ensure reliability, cost optimization, and performance.

Support group finance by preparing monthly management accounts, consolidated reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, reporting packs, and audit/statutory support. Provide variance analysis, collaborate with finance teams, and contribute to process improvements and finance projects while continuing professional development.
