Own strategic seller relationships, lead and develop Account Managers, and drive seller activation, satisfaction, and GMV growth. Manage international supplier portfolios, analyze performance using BI tools, lead commercial and cross-functional initiatives, improve workflows through automation, and translate seller feedback into product and process recommendations. The role combines hands-on account management with team leadership and operational execution across Qogita’s marketplace supply organization.

Drive new buyer acquisition across Europe through high-volume outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Prospect retailers, pharmacies, wholesalers, and distributors; qualify leads; book meetings; tailor messaging; maintain pipeline records in HubSpot; track outreach KPIs; and collaborate with Business Development and Growth teams to improve acquisition strategies.

Own data science initiatives across forecasting, classification, experimentation, recommendation, ranking, segmentation, and pricing. Develop and deploy predictive and econometric models for B2B buyer behavior and wholesale market dynamics. Design A/B tests, apply causal inference and regression techniques, collaborate with engineering on MLOps workflows, and communicate analytical recommendations and model limitations to Product, Finance, and Commercial stakeholders.

Own a product surface end to end, including strategy, specifications, delivery, and measurable outcomes. Analyze operational and commercial data, work closely with engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams, and validate decisions through direct observation of operations. The role focuses on wholesale procurement, pricing intelligence, catalogue trust, or buyer economics, with particular emphasis on automation, accuracy, auditability, and sound judgment under uncertainty.

Analyzes business, operational, and financial data to support leadership decisions and identify growth, savings, and performance opportunities. Builds financial models, defines metrics and SLAs, develops dashboards and business intelligence tools, diagnoses operational issues, and translates complex datasets into actionable recommendations. The role requires strong Excel and SQL skills, structured problem-solving, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Own customer acquisition across European markets, including prospecting, stakeholder engagement, discovery, deal closing, proposition development, and pipeline management. The Account Executive will help define target customer profiles, build repeatable sales playbooks, report commercial performance, and establish market expansion foundations. The role requires multilingual communication, B2B sales experience, autonomy, and a demonstrated record of closing deals.

Own Qogita’s supplier growth function, including strategy, lead generation, procurement, pipeline, forecasting, and team performance. Build scalable systems, processes, compensation plans, and AI-enabled workflows to acquire high-value wholesalers and distributors. Lead and coach SDRs and Account Executives across mid-market and enterprise segments, using data, market sizing, and unit economics to drive supply quality and GMV growth.

Build and maintain production ELT pipelines, dbt data models, datasets, and metrics. Monitor pipeline reliability and data quality, resolve incidents, optimize query performance and warehouse costs, and improve schema and partitioning strategies. Develop internal tooling and documentation while partnering with Analytics, Product, Science, Engineering, and platform teams to deliver reliable, trusted data infrastructure.

Own end-to-end data science and machine learning systems, including predictive modeling, forecasting, ranking, and LLM-powered features. Design RAG architectures, evaluate and deploy language models, and maintain reliable production pipelines through MLOps practices. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial stakeholders to translate business challenges into measurable ML solutions, while communicating model limitations and trade-offs clearly.
