Lead ownership of commercial tech stack, vendor management, CRM/data governance, process engineering, and enablement. Rebuild Confluence, run Salesforce data cleanses, design lead routing and onboarding, deliver training, and drive tool adoption and cost optimisation to improve funnel efficiency and team ramp time.
