Hands-on DevSecOps role bridging Security, Platform and CloudOps to implement deployable, repeatable AWS security controls. Responsibilities include automating vulnerability and patch management, deploying and maintaining security tooling (CrowdStrike, Tenable, ManageEngine, Fortinet, Cloudflare), securing Kubernetes/EKS and serverless, building IaC/GitOps automation (Terraform, CloudFormation, Crossplane, ArgoCD), and producing operational runbooks, SLAs and dashboards for sustained operational health across a multi-product SaaS AWS estate.

Consult with customers to analyze production, logistics, and financial processes and design/configure Abas ERP solutions. Lead functional change, ensure customization integrity, support go-live, and prepare implementation proposals.

Lead technical pre-sales activities: prepare and run demos, configure solutions, run POCs, support tender responses, translate customer needs into ORDERWISE configurations, liaise with product and professional services, and present webinars to help close deals.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data warehouse solutions and ETL pipelines. Integrate data from multiple sources, ensure data quality, governance, and security, automate reports and dashboards, partner with stakeholders to translate requirements, and lead data-focused projects to support reporting and analytics.

Provide first-line technical and functional support to Myfactory customers across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria via phone, email, and ticketing. Reproduce and test issues, maintain knowledge base and documentation, collaborate with development teams, and expand product and technical expertise to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.

Plan, execute, and optimize integrated B2B demand generation campaigns (digital campaigns, webinars, events, content) for Myfactory and Proffix in DACH; partner with BDR and Sales, measure pipeline impact, and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.

Lead requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, solution design, data analysis, UAT and change management for enterprise IT applications. Develop BRDs, functional specs, test plans, training materials, and governance to support SaaS migrations, ERP/CRM initiatives, and business transformation projects.

Lead and deliver large-scale enterprise IT projects (CRM, ERP, Finance, migrations), manage stakeholder engagement, budgets, risks, vendors and change management, mentor project teams, and ensure governance, compliance and project quality throughout the lifecycle.

Lead enterprise IT business analysis for CRM/ERP/Finance systems: elicit and document requirements, engage stakeholders, analyse and improve processes, design and validate solutions, support change management, testing/UAT, data analysis and reporting, training, and governance to align with business transformation programs.
