Lead and build a Compensation & Benefits Centre of Excellence across EMEA and APAC. Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support for customer connectivity to the AWS cloud, troubleshoot networks, VPNs, routing, and tunneling (incl. FRP), collaborate with Cloud Operations and Product Support teams, and support automation and CI/CD deployment workflows.
