The Senior Atlassian Administrator and Developer will play a pivotal role in our Enterprise IT Applications team, responsible for providing guidance on Atlassian architecture and ensuring the overall Atlassian ecosystem aligns with our business application transformation program. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and external partners to deliver scalable, robust, and future-proof Atlassian solutions.

Responsibilities
- System Administration: Administer and configure Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM) to meet organisational needs. Ensure system stability, performance, and security.
- Project Delivery: Lead and participate in strategic Atlassian projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- User Support and Training: Provide technical support to users and resolve issues promptly. Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators.
- System Integration: Integrate Atlassian tools with other enterprise systems and applications. Support the development and maintenance of custom scripts and automation workflows.
- Performance Optimisation: Monitor system performance and implement optimisation strategies. Conduct regular system audits and health checks.
- Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and ensure compliance with organisational policies. Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Change Management: Manage change requests and ensure smooth transitions during upgrades and migrations. Develop and implement change management plans.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and user guides. Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Atlassian product developments and industry trends. Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.

- Extensive experience in administering and configuring Atlassian tools: Jira, Confluence, JSM, and other related products.

- Experience with database management and SQL for Atlassian tools.
