The Financial Accountant will ensure regulatory integrity, manage submissions to the Central Bank of Ireland, maintain compliance with safeguarding guidance, and provide financial governance for expansion into Europe.

Build and scale customer-facing web applications using modern frontend technologies. Design and implement new product features, collaborate with design and product teams, participate in code reviews and architecture discussions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high-quality, tested, and maintainable code supporting rapid feature development.

Design, build, and maintain centralized iOS SDKs, libraries, and toolkits. Own modular iOS architecture, optimize build times and dependency management with Swift Package Manager, and improve automated testing. Architect scalable CI/CD pipelines (mobile automation) and uphold iOS technical standards through documentation and code reviews. Collaborate with feature teams to ensure seamless SDK integration and a strong developer experience.

As a Sales Enablement Partner, you will drive product adoption and sales performance by collaborating with sales teams, managing project implementations, and enhancing training programs.

Lead employee relations casework including grievances, disciplinaries, and absence management. Use ER data and analytics to identify trends, inform policy, and support strategic People and Legal initiatives. Create ER policies, training, and employment law updates, and partner on escalations, settlement agreements, and broader ER strategy to ensure fair, consistent, and commercial outcomes.
