Drive cross-sell adoption of Afford across existing SME and enterprise merchants. Responsibilities include identifying high-potential accounts, conducting data-led outreach, engaging senior stakeholders, managing sales cycles, negotiating and closing deals, coordinating onboarding, maintaining CRM pipeline hygiene, tracking performance, and sharing merchant insights with Product and Marketing.

Responsibilities include pitching the value proposition, handling objections, following up with prospects, guiding merchants through activation and go-live, maintaining CRM records, tracking sales metrics, and coordinating internally to resolve merchant questions.

Lead SRE-focused reliability for production systems: run on-call and incident response, debug distributed systems, design self-healing scalable infrastructure, build observability (metrics, logs, traces, SLIs/SLOs, APM), support Terraform/Kubernetes/CI-CD automation, mentor engineers, conduct blameless postmortems, and drive resiliency improvements.

Manage onboarding, adoption, and retention for a portfolio of D2C merchants using KwikEngage. Drive product adoption, analyze campaign performance, provide data-backed recommendations, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes.

Lead regional sales strategy and a team to hit revenue targets: recruit, coach, forecast, expand customer base, run local campaigns, monitor sales KPIs, analyze market trends, and represent the company at events.
