Leads the retail liabilities business, owning P&L, deposit growth, CASA optimization, pricing, cost of funds, and product strategy across deposits and investment/bancassurance offerings. Partners with Treasury and ALM on funding and liquidity management, ensures Sharia compliance, launches propositions, monitors market trends, and leads product and sales teams. Requires extensive banking leadership experience and strong expertise in liabilities, ALM, pricing, CASA growth, and P&L ownership.

Owns retail banking liability products, including CASA and deposit proposition design, pricing strategy, cost of funds analysis, portfolio performance monitoring, customer acquisition and retention, and full product lifecycle management. Collaborates with product, pricing, treasury, and ALM teams on deposit mix optimization and supports Sharia-compliant deposit structures for banking clients in the KSA market.

Design, develop, and deploy machine-learning and time-series forecasting solutions. Perform feature engineering, model validation, backtesting, and production monitoring. Build scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders while mentoring junior team members.

Lead design and delivery of production-grade time-series forecasting for financial use cases: architect pipelines, develop and benchmark classical and ML models, implement time-aware validation and Bayesian tuning, perform backtesting, quantify uncertainty, deploy and monitor models with MLOps, build dashboards, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with finance and risk stakeholders.
