Build, maintain, test, and deploy scalable C#/.NET Core applications and RESTful APIs. Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve platform modules, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support roll-outs and integrations.

Train and onboard customers on the BiofuelCircle SaaS platform, configure and model customer business processes, create training materials, monitor platform usage, support adoption, and relay product feedback to Product Managers.

Design, develop, manage, and optimize databases; write and tune complex SQL, stored procedures, triggers and functions; analyze query execution plans; troubleshoot deadlocks and performance bottlenecks; implement indexing/partitioning and backup/security strategies; advise developers and conduct profiling and performance audits.

Provide L2 application support for the BiofuelCircle platform: investigate and resolve functionality and performance issues, collaborate with devs to fix bugs, run and write scripts, monitor application health, manage integrations and data imports/exports, assist with database queries and optimisations, document support processes, and write maintainable code.

Provide functional application support for the BiofuelCircle platform: troubleshoot issues, assist users on/off-site, document defects for engineering, author knowledge-base articles and how-to videos, follow support processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution.
