BiofuelCircle’s products and services are used by businesses and individuals in the bioenergy supply chain: from large industries to rural enterprises, to transporters, service providers and farmers.
The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for helping internal and external users get the most out of the BiofuelCircle platform through training on functionality, implementing platform-linked business processes, and handholding during deployment.
What will you do every day?Understand how the BiofuelCircle Platform works and how it is used by its customers
Work closely with users to train them on the features and capabilities of the platform
Interact with users on/ off-site to configure and model their business operations in the platform
Create training presentations, documents and how-to-videos to speed up user learning
Handhold the users to foster adoption of the platform in their daily tasks
Monitor usage of the platform by internal and external users, and provide guidance on handling business scenarios using platform functionality
Provide feedback to Product Managers on functional gaps and business requirements
The ideal candidate profileYou have up to 4 years of experience in an Application Support role
You can coordinate, follow up, follow through and drive issues to closure proactively
You are a good listener, and understand customer / user requirements
You are at ease explaining or demonstrating how to use functionality, can write effective emails and create explainer documents that are understood by those who read them
You are comfortable conducting classroom, online and one-on-one trainings, including hands-on learning through use-cases and examples
You can provide innovative workarounds or design a solution to fix a user’s problem
You can work with cross functional and remote teams
You take ownership and accountability and don't need a manager reminding of tasks or deadlines
You are willing to work in shifts and travel to customer locations on demand
Knowledge of business processes in B2B, Supply Chain Management/ Operations, will give you an advantage over other applicants
Having worked in SaaS product implementation roles will also give you an advantage over other applicants
Skills Required
