Designs, architects, troubleshoots, supports, and maintains DeltaV-focused automation systems in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Lead end-to-end major incident management (P1/P2), act as command centre lead, coordinate cross-functional response, drive post-incident reviews and remediation, implement reliability engineering practices (monitoring, SLOs/SLIs, automated recovery), analyze incident trends, and partner on capacity planning and failure-mode analysis to improve availability and reduce recurrence.

Drive HR data quality and AI readiness by identifying root causes, implementing remediation, building automated validation and anomaly detection, partnering with Workday and process owners, and ensuring global HR data governance and standards for reporting, payroll, and AI/ML inputs.

Design and maintain enterprise-grade Workday and HR data models to support workforce reporting, People Analytics, and AI-driven insights. Build dimensional models, define hierarchies and business rules, perform source-to-target mapping, ensure data quality and governance, and collaborate with Data Engineering, HR, and BI teams to optimize datasets for Power BI/Tableau and cloud data warehouses.

Manage end-to-end customer fulfilment operations across Israel, including inventory monitoring, shortage allocation, backorder prioritization, logistics partner coordination, KPI reporting, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, month-end closing support, and stock-in-trade and sell-in/sell-out reporting.

Promotes pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing territory business plans, achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships in CRM, delivering compliant product presentations, identifying business opportunities, tracking market and sales performance, reporting adverse events, and collaborating with marketing, medical affairs, and key account teams.

Provides administrative and project coordination support for Sanofi’s Global Market Access and Pricing Immunology and Neurology teams in Europe. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, travel and expense administration, supplier coordination, event organization, presentations and reports, content creation, system access administration, organizational chart updates, project tracking, dashboards, and stakeholder coordination.
