Own end-to-end business and growth analytics for Paytm’s Digital Gold and Silver portfolio. Analyze acquisition, retention, churn, revenue, GMV, cohorts, funnels, campaigns, attribution, experiments, and customer behavior. Build dashboards, metrics frameworks, forecasting models, and ROI analyses, ensuring data integrity and a single source of truth. Partner with Product, Marketing, Growth, Data Warehouse, and Business teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations and measurable commercial outcomes.

Lead unbiased ethics and forensics investigations: plan and execute inquiries, collect and analyze evidence, interview parties, document findings, assess severity and risk, and report recommendations. Develops security policies and procedures, supports cloud and network security implementations, and contributes security expertise to technology selection. Requires extensive information security auditing experience, cloud security knowledge, banking-sector familiarity, and relevant certifications.

Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI margin trading (MTF) clients through proactive engagement, onboarding, activation, upselling, retention, and churn reduction. Serve as primary contact, resolve client issues with product/support teams, gather market intelligence, and drive revenue and book expansion.

Manage end-to-end delivery of engineering programs across the SDLC: plan sprints, track dependencies/risks, configure Jira/Confluence, monitor engineering metrics, maintain RAID logs, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure timely execution and process improvements.

Manage end-to-end payroll accounting and processing, ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS), reconcile payroll GLs and bank payouts, prepare payroll MIS and forecasts, support audits, and coordinate with HR and vendors to resolve payroll issues.

Lead growth for the Paytm for Business app, owning activation, engagement, retention and winback. Build data-led growth engines, run experimentation and lifecycle marketing, leverage AI for personalization and automation, define KPIs, work cross-functionally, and mentor a growth team to drive measurable outcomes at scale.

Partner with business, product, and risk teams to build and maintain end-to-end revenue and portfolio models for lending products. Lead AOP, MBR, and forecasting processes; perform variance and unit-economics analysis; evaluate lender partnerships and commercial constructs. Deliver executive reporting, ensure data integrity, and drive cost management across COGS and Opex to maximize profitability.
