Supports communications campaigns and client, intermediary, and partner events for Bupa Global. Responsibilities include creating communications, coordinating email campaigns and newsletters, managing content schedules and approvals, supporting sales communications, administering event registrations and attendee data, coordinating logistics and suppliers, providing on-site event support, producing reports, monitoring performance, and assisting with governance, procurement, budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.

Duties include managing mailboxes, data entry, invoicing, webchat and telephone enquiries, appointment coordination, inventory processing, complaint and incident documentation, and compliance with operational, privacy, and clinical governance standards. The role also supports clinicians, resolves queries within service levels, participates in meetings, and identifies service improvements.

Greets customers, maintains appointment calendars, sorts mail, and coordinates suppliers and deliveries. This is a full-time receptionist and administrative support role based in Singapore.

Provides phone, email, and webchat support to B2B customers, brokers, account managers, and business partners. Resolves queries, complaints, technical platform issues, and account-related requests while meeting service standards. Maintains accurate records, manages inbound and outbound communications, and builds strong stakeholder relationships. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, numerical, IT, and customer-service skills in a regulated environment.

Leads communications for strategic initiatives and portfolio changes across Bupa’s insurance and healthcare businesses. Develops messaging, communication plans, scenario and cascade strategies across media, internal, customer, digital, social, and public relations channels. Advises senior leaders, manages reputation and sensitive issues, supports business transformation, and coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver clear, consistent communications.

Plans workforce capacity and schedules using historical and forecasted data. Monitors service levels, call volumes, handle times, queue times, agent availability, and forecast variance. Adjusts intraday schedules, recommends staffing and budget changes, identifies workload trends, escalates system issues, and provides actionable operational insights. Partners with stakeholders, leads performance review meetings, supports real-time planning queries, and drives continuous improvement across customer service operations.

Manages strategic IT supplier relationships within Bupa’s supplier management framework. Responsibilities include supplier onboarding, governance reviews, SLA and cost performance, FCA compliance, risk and assurance reviews, incident resolution, continuous improvement, benchmarking, contract value delivery, and stakeholder reporting. The role leads supplier performance action plans, service improvement initiatives, and category strategy development while maintaining strong commercial and operational relationships.

Manage the third-party risk management framework for Procurement, including supplier assurance, regulatory compliance, internal controls, monitoring, reporting, audit support, incident management, and governance committee materials. Provide guidance to category teams and advise stakeholders on emerging supplier risks and market disruption. Maintain risk data and reporting tools, support continuous improvement, and deputize for the Risk, Policy and Governance Manager. Travel to Bupa offices, suppliers, and stakeholder meetings is required occasionally.

Provides regular and ad hoc reporting through Adobe Analytics and Power BI, analyzes digital products and campaigns, and delivers actionable insights to improve customer experience. The role designs data capture requirements, supports website and feature measurement, implements marketing tags and digital analytics tools, and partners with stakeholders to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations. GDPR, PECR, privacy, consent, data visualization, communication, and presentation skills are required.
