The role requires translating complex library systems, interoperability standards, cloud solutions, and product capabilities into persuasive institution-specific outcomes.

Build and lead an M&A origination team while personally sourcing, engaging, qualifying, and developing acquisition opportunities in the public safety software market. Responsibilities include market mapping, founder and executive relationship management, pipeline and CRM oversight, team coaching, opportunity evaluation, and transaction handoff support. The role requires financial literacy, enterprise relationship-building, strong communication, CRM discipline, and approximately 10–20% domestic and international travel.

Leads APAC sales strategy, revenue growth, team development, forecasting, sales enablement, and strategic customer and partner relationships. Owns regional targets and engages government, defense, intelligence, law enforcement, and commercial stakeholders. The role requires enterprise software sales leadership, channel development, complex multi-country operations, and extensive travel across APAC, primarily Australia.

Sources and qualifies acquisition targets for a public safety M&A organization. Responsibilities include market mapping, target research, multichannel outreach to founders and executives, relationship and pipeline management in Salesforce, opportunity evaluation, CRM reporting, and transaction support. The role requires a hunter mentality, strong communication, financial literacy, organizational discipline, and willingness to travel internationally and domestically 10–20%.

Own product vision, strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, prioritization, and delivery from concept through adoption. Collaborate with development, design, sales, marketing, customer success, services, and support teams. Engage customers and partners, conduct market and competitive research, support launches and go-to-market activities, evaluate product performance, and represent i2 at industry events. Experience in intelligence, public safety, defense, analytics, or investigative software is advantageous.

Design, develop, and maintain MSSQL databases, RESTful APIs, C#/.NET Core backend services, and Angular front-end applications. Remote role with ~10% travel and requirement for valid passport.
