i2 Group, a Harris Computer company, is seeking a Director, APAC Sales on a full-time, permanent, remote basis, with frequent travel predominantly across Australia (approximately 50%).
The Director, APAC Sales will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer and partner relationships across the APAC region. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished sales leader to help shape the future growth of i2 while influencing customers, partners, and stakeholders through strategic sales and business development activities.
The successful candidate will combine regional sales leadership with direct involvement in key customer, partner, and business development opportunities. They will work closely with customers, distributors, partners, and internal teams to identify growth opportunities, execute strategic sales initiatives, and ensure regional revenue objectives are achieved. This role requires a commercially minded leader who can operate effectively at both a strategic and operational level while representing i2 with senior customer, government, and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Team Leadership
Build, lead, and mentor a sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, high-performance, and continuous improvement.
Set clear goals and expectations for the sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure consistent growth and development.
Sales Strategy and Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for APAC, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
Sales Target Achievement
Take ownership of revenue targets and drive the sales team to meet sales goals.
Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and take corrective actions as necessary to stay on track.
Customer Engagement
Leverage your experience, networks, and industry knowledge to drive business growth.
Maintain direct ownership of selected strategic customer, partner and government relationships.
Sales Operations and Forecasting

Implement effective sales enablement programs, training, and tools to empower the sales team to excel in their roles.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Experience managing complex, multi-country sales operations across the Asia Pacific region.
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
