Administers the Abrigo DiCOM platform and supports portfolio risk evaluation, loan sampling, credit reviews, reporting, trend analysis, and emerging-risk identification. Analyzes borrower repayment capacity, risk ratings, collateral, loan documentation, and compliance with banking policies and regulations. Prepares findings and management reports, communicates with internal departments and auditors, and develops expertise in credit risk and financial analysis.

Administers and implements SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and related systems. Develops application onboarding processes, custom and out-of-the-box connectors, user lifecycle workflows, access certification rules, and reporting mechanisms. Manages application access roles and permissions with an emphasis on automation. Provides technical guidance to Information Security team members and participates in a minimal on-call rotation.

Processes debit and credit card disputes and chargebacks, monitors fraud, uploads new account data, maintains commercial credit card systems, reconciles suspense and general ledger accounts, researches system issues, clears unposted items, and prepares monthly management statistics. Verifies UCC filings, insurance, payment instructions, corporate documents, titles, and other collateral requirements. Approves qualifying transactions, completes booking activities, reviews amendments and rewrites, and manages process improvements and control-gap initiatives while meeting service-level expectations.

Develops and expands relationships with high-net-worth clients through prospecting, referrals, consultative sales, financial planning, retirement and estate planning, and client retention. Collaborates with wealth management specialists to deliver integrated strategies and grow the business. Requires strong relationship-building, communication, sales, account administration, and financial planning capabilities, along with a valid driver's license and regional travel.

Processes account maintenance requests for deposit, loan, time deposit, and safe box accounts. Updates names, addresses, statements, charges off accounts, and other account information while maintaining account integrity and quality. Works with requests from offices and the post office and follows established budgets and procedures.

Partners with assigned business units on recruiting, onboarding, retention, employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, investigations, training, and personnel actions. Advises managers, resolves employee concerns, maintains confidential records, conducts HR audits, supports employment-law compliance, and collaborates with Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and Employee Development teams.

Analyzes borrower financial statements, credit data, collateral, projections, and repayment capacity to support lending decisions. Prepares credit reports, loan committee submissions, risk ratings, and problem-asset reports. Monitors existing loan relationships, supports portfolio quality reviews, assists loan officers, and ensures credit analysis complies with lending policies, banking regulations, and departmental service standards.

Performs credit analysis and financial statement, cash flow, and projection analysis for equipment finance applications up to $5 million. Reviews consumer and commercial credit reports, gathers business and collateral information, structures transactions, communicates credit decisions, prepares credit memos, and presents recommendations to credit management or loan committees. Conducts portfolio acquisition due diligence, reviews dealer and broker programs, performs annual obligor and source reviews, and communicates underwriting policies to internal and external stakeholders.
