Manages multiple stage-gate NPI projects, manufacturing readiness, qualification builds, product launches, process documentation, capacity planning, equipment selection, cost reduction, and yield improvement. Collaborates globally with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and production teams to resolve technical challenges, improve quality and efficiency, support audits, and maintain safe, compliant operations.

Leads enterprise procurement operations, including direct-material purchasing, supplier commitments, governance, performance management, workload balancing, and issue resolution. Oversees managers and supervisors, improves cycle time, cost, compliance, automation, data quality, and supply continuity. Advises senior leaders on supplier risks and capacity constraints while partnering across supply chain, manufacturing, quality, finance, engineering, and procurement. Develops talent, succession plans, and organizational capabilities.

Leads manufacturing engineering for CMP slurry production at the Oseong plant. Responsibilities include optimizing cycle time and yield, maintaining process documentation, introducing new products and equipment, driving continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma initiatives, troubleshooting controls, analyzing process data, managing quality responses, supporting customer complaints, training operators, and leading global and cross-functional meetings.

Design, implement, and operate forecasting and ML solutions to improve 18-month demand accuracy. Manage forecast and pricing data in SAP IBP, analyze large datasets, build dashboards in Power BI, partner with cross-functional teams, and continuously refine forecasting methodologies to drive supply chain decisions and business outcomes.

Lead enterprise pricing strategy, governance, analytics, and transformation to drive margin expansion. Build processes, tools, and capabilities; run value-based pricing, segmentation, discount management, and margin recovery; partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and IT; integrate with SAP and pricing systems; support strategic negotiations and executive decision-making with dashboards and advanced analytics.
