The Role:
The Demand Planning team at Entegris is seeking a talented individual who is passionate about designing, implementing, and operating analytical solutions that improve forecast accuracy, drive data-driven decision making, and enable superior service to our customers. This role plays a critical part in transforming demand planning capabilities by turning complex data into actionable insights that support business growth, operational efficiency, and supply chain resilience.
In this role you will:
Develop, enhance, and maintain statistical forecasting models to improve demand forecast accuracy over an 18-month planning horizon, leveraging R, Python, and Google Cloud Platform technologies.
Own and maintain forecast data and pricing information within SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), ensuring data integrity and alignment with business requirements.
Partner with Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to develop, update, and refine market demand models using a combination of internal and external data sources.
Design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions that automate planning processes and improve operational efficiency.
Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
Translate complex business challenges into scalable, robust, and sustainable analytical solutions through creative problem-solving and a deep understanding of data.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Microsoft Power BI to effectively communicate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Continuously evaluate and improve forecasting methodologies, planning processes, and analytical tools to deliver measurable business value.
Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Commercial, and IT teams to drive adoption of analytical solutions and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
2+ years of experience developing analytical solutions using Python.
2+ years of experience in time series forecasting, with a strong understanding of statistical forecasting techniques including univariate, multivariate, and ensemble models.
2+ years of experience working with database technologies (SQL or similar), including data modeling, querying, and data management.
1+ year of experience working in a cloud computing environment such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure.
2+ years of experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, and forecasting applications within supply chain, demand planning, or related business functions is preferred.
Experience with SAP IBP or other advanced planning systems is considered an asset.
