Manage a portfolio of ~50 mid-market commuter benefits clients as the primary post-sale contact. Drive retention, renewals, upsell and cross-sell, lead commercial conversations, coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues, maintain CRM/account plans and forecasts, and help build processes, tools, and playbooks for mid-market account management.

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic and emerging partners by building relationships, recruiting new partners, running co-marketing and automated campaigns, analyzing performance, tracking pipeline in CRM, and coordinating cross-functional activities to drive partner-sourced revenue.

Provide active and reactive support via phone, chat, and WhatsApp to clients, handling inquiries and improving internal systems and processes.

Partner with leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle on HR, organizational and employment-law matters; manage Works Council relations; support change initiatives, talent and performance processes, compensation planning, compliance, and regional HR projects.

Conduct outbound calls to generate and qualify leads, convert inquiries into sales opportunities, coordinate with field sales for meetings, maintain customer relationships via phone, and analyze customer feedback to improve sales efficiency.

Lead a development team to design, build, test, and maintain Edenred Taiwan products. Provide technical feasibility, architecture review, coding and code reviews, troubleshooting, deployment, and documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally, set team goals, and support daily business operations while ensuring high code quality.

Lead partner strategy and execution: identify and onboard channel partners, negotiate contracts, drive joint business plans and channel-driven sales, create partner sales/training materials, collaborate with sales and marketing on channel campaigns, and manage KPIs and reporting to maximize recurring revenue.

Provide legal and compliance counsel to local leadership, draft and negotiate commercial and data protection clauses, ensure operations comply with local and Group regulations (AML, tax, anti-corruption, labor, payments), implement compliance programs, act as Japan data protection correspondent, manage incidents, liaise with authorities, and support corporate affairs and cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate legal and data protection risks.

Administer identity and access management across on‑prem and cloud platforms: create/change/disable/remove user and customer access, maintain audit trails, support RBAC, document standards, meet SLAs, and proactively communicate risks to ensure compliance and minimal business risk.

Optimize Salesforce and CRM usage to drive revenue and improve lead-to-revenue processes. Enhance sales methodology, pipeline discipline, forecasting, dashboards and reporting. Design and deliver role-based enablement, onboarding, workshops and coaching to boost adoption. Ensure CRM governance, data quality, and standardized commercial processes across teams and markets. Identify and implement Salesforce optimizations to increase commercial impact and system efficiency.
