Build and develop global teams and manage root-cause analysis and interoperability/certification efforts.

Lead partner-led demand and pipeline growth across EMEA by developing channel expertise, localising global campaigns, enabling partners with content and MDF, aligning closely with regional sales, managing partner communications and events, recruiting partners, and measuring programme ROI. Requires frequent travel to engage partners and support field activities.

Support regional HRBPs on day-to-day HR execution across global teams: handle employee inquiries, run HR programs (performance, comp, onboarding/offboarding), maintain HRIS data, leverage AI tools for efficiency, track open items, and coordinate with global HR colleagues to ensure consistent HR delivery.

Drive channel and partner sales across a defined territory in Australia. Lead validation and test automation for router networking features (L2/L3). Design and execute protocol and interoperability tests (OSPF, BGP, RIPv2), perform packet-level analysis, drive automation with Python/Robot Framework, mentor junior QA, and collaborate with firmware/software/hardware teams.

Hands-on Salesforce developer responsible for designing, building, and supporting scalable solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. Own integrations, data model, CI/CD pipelines (Copado/SFDX/Git), Data Cloud and Agentforce configuration, and platform governance. Mentor developers, perform code reviews, translate requirements into technical designs, and manage deployments and production support in large, multi-sandbox orgs.
