Manage SAP data management processes across EMEA, defining process steps, deviations, requirements, and standardization opportunities. Coordinate scope validation, new requirement design, global key user networks, and communication of decisions. Serve as the primary contact for local key users and business units, overseeing deliverables from creation through validation, testing, deployment, and training. Analyze business processes, resolve issues with key users and IT, and document requirements.

Supports commissioning, integration testing, debugging, QA, and release verification for warehouse automation software integrated with materials handling equipment. The role writes test scripts, tracks issues and results, prepares reports, supports customer acceptance testing and startup, trains end users, and coordinates with project, systems integration, and controls engineering teams. Work involves WMS/WCS software, SQL databases, Linux commands, C, scripting languages, and occasional after-hours or weekend commissioning activities.

Develop and support SAP MES and Digital Manufacturing applications for production operations. Responsibilities include ABAP and UI5 development, second-level application support, incident resolution, workaround creation, solution enhancements, project participation, system documentation, and user training. The role supports KION Group IT services and contributes to the development of its Monterrey IT Service Hub.
