- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technically feasible SAP IBP solution concepts
- Design and implement SAP IBP enhancements, extensions, and technical changes
- Configure and develop relevant SAP IBP objects and technical components
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, internal teams, and external consultants to ensure effective solution design and delivery
- Support unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation and solution descriptions
- Contribute to the standardization, maintainability, and continuous improvement of SAP IBP solutions and processes
- Strong technical expertise in SAP IBP
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into robust technical solutions
- Hands-on experience in implementing SAP IBP enhancements and extensions
- Good understanding of SAP IBP planning processes, data structures, and system dependencies
- Experience assessing requirements against existing processes and technical architecture
- Ability to design efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions with a preference for SAP standard functionality
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams
- Very good command of English, written and spoken
- Several years (5+ years) of relevant professional experience in SAP IBP, ideally in technical implementation, enhancement, or application support
- Proven hands-on experience in translating business requirements into technical SAP IBP solutions
- Experience designing and implementing SAP IBP enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders and consultants
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA development technologies, including ABAP and ABAP OO
- Experience with CDS Views, APIs, and OData services
- Knowledge of SAP integration technologies such as SAP CPI, IDocs, and APIs
- Understanding of SAP Clean Core principles and modern extensibility approaches
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable discipline
- SAP-related certifications are an advantage
