The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $96,000 - $190,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will Do In This Role:
Develop and own solution concepts of varying size and complexity by translating customer business requirements into practical, scalable designs and recommending the best approach through structured analysis.
Lead solution development activities, including defining data collection and analysis methods, evaluating customer data, establishing design criteria, identifying risks and dependencies, and supporting resource and timeline planning for successful execution.
Partner with customers, Sales, and cross-functional collaborators to clarify objectives, align solution assumptions, support opportunity qualification, and build trusted-advisor relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
Create professional solution deliverables, including reports, layouts, drawings, analytical outputs, and proposal content that clearly communicate requirements, recommendations, and business value.
Apply good judgment to refine solution options, support decision-making, and drive progress independently while raising issues and seeking mentorship when appropriate.
Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies, operating strategies, and solution development practices while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and serving as a subject matter expert in designated areas.
What We Are Looking For:
5+ years of experience in logistics and automation
Strong understanding of distribution center operations and material handling technologies
Proficiency in data analysis, concept development, and modern analytical tools
Excellent communication skills with customers, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
Ability to manage shifting priorities with focus, flexibility, and a positive approach
Comfortable learning new technologies and methods quickly
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; master’s degree strongly preferred
Willingness to travel 25–50%
