Manage a portfolio of client accounts: respond to queries, track usage and account health, prepare reports and dashboards, coordinate with product/support/delivery, maintain CRM records, and support client onboarding.

Generate, publish, and quality-check AI-created learning content across formats using licensed GenAI tools and LMS. Perform basic multimedia edits (text, image, audio, video), translate content, provide feedback to improve tools, and adopt new techniques to speed production.

Lead onboarding and training, manage client relationships, provide consultative guidance, resolve issues, monitor usage and advocate product improvements to maximize client outcomes and retention.

Lead end-to-end non-commercial presales for enterprise deals: discovery, solution design, demos, PoCs, RFP responses, and technical evaluations. Serve as L&D/LMS domain expert, align Sales, Product, Engineering, Infosec and Customer Success, craft proposals and ROI cases, mentor junior SC team members, and feed product feedback to influence roadmap and GTM messaging.

Lead end-to-end non-commercial enterprise deals: discovery, solution design, demos, RFP/RFI responses, PoC scoping, technical evaluations, and handoffs. Provide deep L&D/LMS domain expertise, craft integration and ROI-led proposals, coordinate Product/Engineering/Infosec, mentor junior SCs, and feed field insights into Product and GTM.
