The L&D Senior Specialist, Tax Training delivers effective training programs for tax professionals, focusing on curriculum development, training delivery, and program evaluation while collaborating with various stakeholders.

The Partner leads client engagements, drives revenue growth, mentors talent, and influences the firm's strategic direction, ensuring high client service quality.

Manage US client accounting for technology/SaaS clients: prepare financial statements, maintain and review GL/AP/AR, oversee month-end close, review team-prepared financials, build client relationships, lead and develop a team, manage system approvals, participate in hiring/onboarding, deliver training, evaluate performance, and improve processes to increase efficiency.

Lead and review weekly and monthly accounting work, train and support associate accountants, handle client onboarding and clean-up tasks, prepare management reports and process documentation, assist manager with people management, and act as team lead when needed.

Manage communications for multiple concurrent mergers and acquisitions, from announcement through integration milestones. Develop executive communications, firm-wide announcements, FAQs, change narratives, client messaging, town halls, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Partner with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to align messaging, identify risks, and support employee engagement. Measure communication effectiveness, analyze feedback and engagement data, and improve templates, tools, and best practices for acquisition integrations.

Develop and deploy full-stack automation solutions using React, Next.js, Python, Django or FastAPI, SQL, Azure, REST APIs, and microservices. Analyze and improve business processes, collaborate with stakeholders, work within Agile and Scrum methodologies, monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage multiple projects. The role also involves architecture discussions, logging, unit testing, SDK integration, mentoring colleagues, and advising on automation strategies.

Analyzes accounting and tax processes, identifies automation and improvement opportunities, documents business requirements, and facilitates stakeholder approvals. Develops and executes functional, regression, integration, and UAT test plans; tracks defects and validates fixes. Supports Agile delivery, SDLC governance, change management, business readiness, solution monitoring, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with developers, process owners, business SMEs, and architects to deliver scalable technology solutions and measurable business outcomes.

Lead and manage a team of tax professionals delivering federal tax consulting and compliance for private clients. Develop tax strategies, prepare and review returns (S-Corp, Partnership, Individual, Corporate), conduct tax research, advise on M&A and restructuring, manage client relationships, and mentor staff.

Perform weekly and monthly accounting tasks for assigned clients including reconciliations, journal entry verification and adjustments, bank/credit card transaction imports and coding, payroll journal entries, month-end closes, balance sheet and revenue reconciliations, workpaper updates, and support Senior Accountant and managers with client requests, process documentation, 1099 preparation, and review using Excel formulas.

Manages client accounting services for medium and complex clients, including reviewing monthly work, assessing budgets and profitability, overseeing workloads and timelines, onboarding clients, preparing consulting projects, ensuring quality, training Senior Associates, supporting billing, and contributing to firm productivity and revenue initiatives.
