Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication plans for assigned acquisitions from announcement through integration milestones.
- Partner with integration leaders and key stakeholders to identify communication needs, risks, and opportunities throughout the integration process.
- Recommend communication approaches that support employee engagement, stakeholder alignment, and successful integration outcomes.
- Independently manage the development and delivery of executive communications, firm-wide announcements, FAQs, change narratives, and client-facing messaging.
- Lead communication activities for assigned integrations, ensuring messaging is timely, consistent, and aligned with Aprio's brand and business objectives.
- Support and facilitate town halls, leadership communications, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Build strong working relationships with executive leaders, HR, Marketing, IT, Finance, and integration teams to gather input, align messaging, and support integration goals.
- Serve as a key communications partner for assigned acquisitions, providing guidance on messaging and communication timing.
- Identify communication risks and escalate concerns with recommended mitigation approaches
- Monitor communication effectiveness through employee feedback, engagement data, and stakeholder input.
- Analyze trends and provide insights to improve communication strategies and integration experiences.
- Contribute to the development of communication templates, tools, and best practices that support acquisition integrations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- 6–8+ years of corporate communications experience.
