Lead process engineering for one home unit and support multiple sites. Define and implement capital and non-capital projects, mentor engineers, develop PFDs/P&IDs, drive plant optimization, ensure process safety (HAZOP/LOPA/PSSR), and support long-term capital planning and EHS compliance.

Maintain and enhance process control applications for assigned units, develop control strategies for new projects, support DCS/PLC/SIS installation and maintenance, lead alarm management and PSM MOC activities, participate in PHA/LOPA/IPL and incident investigations, train operators, and collaborate to meet production, quality, safety, and environmental goals.

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic oil & gas customers across upstream, midstream, and downstream. Maintain and enhance process control applications for assigned units. Develop, modify, and tune control strategies and multi-variable controllers. Support PLCs, DCS, safety instrumented systems, alarm management, PSM/LOPA/PHA activities, operator training, and project FATs to improve safety, quality, production, and energy performance.

Manage and grow distributor and channel partner relationships to drive B2B sales across industrial segments. Develop account and market plans, negotiate contracts, provide technical/training support, gather market intelligence, coordinate internal teams, and meet sales targets while resolving client issues.

Support the Product Manager with pricing, asset optimization, portfolio and pipeline management, market intelligence, margin and cost analysis, and business models to improve product profitability and guide cross-functional decisions.

Lead SAP security and GRC architecture and operations across ECC, S/4HANA, BW/BI, MDG, CRM and Ariba. Design and maintain authorization concepts and roles, manage user lifecycle and mass administration, operate SAP GRC modules (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM, UAR), govern SoD and mitigation controls, support Fiori security, provide audit readiness and compliance (SOX, ITGC, GDPR), generate GRC reporting, drive automation, and mentor junior staff.

Support demand forecasting, maintain customer- and material-level sales data, coordinate with Sales/Marketing/Supply Planning, analyze forecast performance, generate regular demand reports, upload approved forecasts into planning systems, monitor slow/non-moving inventory, and support the monthly S&OP process.

Oversee import, export, and domestic logistics across Mexico: lead a logistics team, manage customs compliance, coordinate carriers and brokers, monitor KPIs, resolve shipment issues, drive process improvements, and support ERP and Excel-based reporting and analysis.

Manage and maintain master data (materials, customers, vendors) in SAP MDG, enforce data governance and quality standards, perform audits and cleansing, support integrations and reporting (Power BI/Tableau), collaborate with IT and business teams, train end-users, and assist projects and audit requests.
