Logistics CoordinatorWhat We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven Logistics Coordinator to oversee import, export, and domestic logistics operations across Mexico. This individual will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and team development while serving as a trusted partner to Supply Chain, Customer Service, Procurement, and commercial stakeholders.
- Lead and supervise a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
- Coordinate import, export, and domestic transportation activities to ensure on-time and compliant deliveries.
- Monitor logistics KPIs, analyze trends, and communicate performance results to stakeholders across the organization.
- Manage customs documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, customer service, planning, and procurement teams.
- Drive process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, service, and cost optimization.
- Resolve logistics escalations, shipment delays, customs issues, and other operational challenges.
- Support reporting activities through ERP systems and advanced Excel-based analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging from operational to strategic audiences.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational capabilities in a dynamic environment.
- A strong sense of urgency and ownership when addressing operational challenges.
