Requires accounts receivable experience, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, knowledge of revenue billing and data entry, and familiarity with accounting principles.

Conducts financial analysis, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling to support business-unit performance and strategic decisions. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to monitor financial and operational metrics, prepares periodic reports, ensures accuracy and compliance, and identifies process improvements in financial analysis and reporting.

Supports investigator payment applications through system administration, user support, study setup, application development initiatives, issue escalation, and requirements gathering. Serves as a subject matter expert for assigned applications, collaborates with application owners and IT on system improvements, captures user feedback, and assists with user training and technical problem resolution.

Manages the full grant application lifecycle, including researching opportunities, coordinating proposal development, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and deadlines, and tracking grant activities and outcomes. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders and supports scientific and financial operations across clinical programs.
