Architect, administer, and optimize enterprise MS SQL Server databases (on-prem and cloud). Ensure security/compliance, performance tuning, DR/backup planning, build SSIS/SSRS artifacts, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with application and IT teams.

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation and agentic AI solutions. Build AI agents and orchestration systems using agent frameworks and LLM APIs, integrate with Azure and Power Platform, containerize services, integrate RPA tools, implement observability and governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to deploy secure, scalable automation for legal and business workflows.

Provide 24x7 phone-based technical support to attorneys and staff, resolve complex technical issues at point of contact, document interactions in an IT ticketing system, and apply strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills to meet productivity targets and deadlines. Work Monday–Friday 12:00 AM–8:00 PM Polish Time; requires Windows and Microsoft Office proficiency and relevant support experience.

The Immigration Paralegal will support attorneys in immigration matters, prepare petitions/applications, manage caseloads, and liaise with government agencies, requiring strong organization and communication skills.
