Leads supplier quality engineering for aerospace composite manufacturing, including supplier qualification, inspection planning, engineering change and BOM control, process validation, audits, nonconformance disposition, corrective actions, and risk mitigation. Partners with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to improve supplier performance and ensure AS9100, Nadcap, customer, and regulatory compliance. Uses supplier metrics, analytics, digital quality systems, and continuous improvement methods while mentoring quality engineers.

Leads site financial strategy, monthly reporting, forecasting, planning, cost accounting, profitability analysis, and variance reporting. Oversees finance operations and clerical staff, validates capital projects, supports audits and customer reviews, and ensures compliance with FAR, CAS, TINA, and government contracting requirements. Partners with plant leadership to achieve financial and operational goals while promoting a safe, professional workplace.

Develops and manages site-wide training programs in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include assessing skill gaps, maintaining training documentation and certification processes, administering the LMS, coordinating safety, quality, regulatory, and technical training, monitoring compliance, supporting audits, managing onboarding, and promoting continuous learning and operational excellence. The role partners with leaders across departments and delivers training to employees at all organizational levels.

Manage international trade compliance across European and global sites by overseeing customs, export activities, dual-use and military licensing, duty relief programs, audits, screening, logistics partners, and compliance systems. Ensure accurate classifications, documentation, and regulatory adherence under EU, UK, U.S., and Moroccan regulations. Provide training, resolve screening issues, support supply chain security programs, and recommend data-driven process improvements.
