Hexcel is currently seeking an EAP Supply Chain Process Adherence Manager for our Duxford, UK location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

  • Conduct regular supply chain process adherence assessments across European manufacturing sites.
  • Audit planning, replenishment, inventory management, and master data processes to ensure compliance with agreed standards.
  • Drive the implementation and adoption of standardised supply chain processes across the European network.
  • Monitor and measure adherence to supply chain operating procedures, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead corrective and preventive action plans to address process gaps and improve performance.
  • Support the rollout of new systems, tools, reporting solutions, and supply chain best practices.
  • Facilitate Aero Excellence assessments, evidence gathering, and improvement plan tracking across sites.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and capability development programmes for planners, materials managers, and supply chain teams.
  • Analyse process performance data, maintain adherence metrics, and identify recurring operational issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, standardisation, and operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, or a related STEM discipline.
  • Proven experience in supply chain operations, planning, materials management, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain process governance, operational excellence, and multi-site manufacturing operations.
  • Experience conducting process audits, operational assessments, and compliance reviews.
  • Ability to analyse data and convert insights into practical actions and process improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Strong understanding of master data management, inventory control, and planning processes.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain digital tools, including D365, SAP, or Oracle (desirable).
  • Professional qualifications such as APICS CSCP/CPIM, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
