Leads end-to-end MuleSoft integration projects, including API and integration design, development, testing, deployment, governance, code reviews, and technical documentation. Defines API-led and microservices architectures, mentors developers, collaborates with business, architecture, and DevOps teams, and implements CI/CD pipelines. Ensures integration solutions meet scalability, reliability, security, and compliance standards while driving continuous improvement across MuleSoft technologies and practices.

Deliver timely financial reports and recommendations to management.

Manage OTC and R2R credit activities: manual payment processing, returns, cash allocation, bank and retail reconciliations, MI reporting and SLA data, stop/reinstate cheque actions, write-offs/offsets, client query resolution and supervise a small team to ensure accuracy, compliance and customer satisfaction.

Lead design, optimization, and delivery of complex data systems and pipelines; manage data engineering projects; ensure data quality; mentor junior engineers; align data solutions with business goals and provide strategic guidance.

Support business analysis activities by gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing processes, performing basic data analysis, documenting analysis work, and collaborating with senior analysts to develop business requirements and learn BA best practices.

Lead end-to-end supply chain and procurement for a multi-client portfolio, driving cost savings, supplier performance, inventory optimization, process digitization (AI/robotics/analytics), stakeholder engagement, delivery quality, and team development across accounts.
