The MuleSoft Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

This role involves ensuring adherence to best practices, and delivering high-quality integration solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end MuleSoft integration projects: Design, develop, test, and deploy APIs and integrations.
Technical Governance: Mentor and guide MuleSoft developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
Architecture & Design: Define integration architecture using API-led connectivity and microservices principles.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business teams, architects, and DevOps to ensure seamless delivery.
CI/CD & DevOps: Implement pipelines for MuleSoft deployments.
Performance & Security: Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance with security standards (OAuth 2.0, JWT).
Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for APIs, integrations, and processes.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on MuleSoft features and integration trends.

Qualifications

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Anypoint Studio, and Anypoint Platform components.
Expertise in API design and MuleSoft connectors.
Knowledge of integration patterns, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
MuleSoft certifications (Developer/Integration Architect) preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Integration experience with desperate client systems/applications.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Agile/Scrum project experience.

Skills Required
