The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for process creation, mentoring junior engineers, leading projects, and enhancing production efficiency through collaboration and analysis.

Lead and execute financial, operational, and compliance audits (including J-SOX/SOX), plan annual audit programs, evaluate internal controls, document findings, coordinate external audits and certification, prepare audit reports and recommendations, use computer‑aided audit tools and Oracle/Office tools, and support remediation and continuous improvement.

Manage HVAC service and installation projects: schedule and supervise technicians, coordinate training, handle equipment/materials, ensure job-site safety and compliance, support quoting and invoicing, run customer-facing and internal status meetings to maximize satisfaction and profitability.

Lead design, develop, and maintain Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions. Build Apex, Visualforce, LWCs, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines. Perform code reviews, mentor engineers, ensure security/governance, produce technical documentation, and collaborate with product owners and architects to deliver scalable eCommerce and Salesforce platform features.

Manage post-sale project delivery for commercial HVAC systems: coordinate customer communication, scope changes, ordering, submittals, scheduling, job costing, invoicing, and technical support between sales and engineering to ensure on-time, accurate project completion.

Manage strategic sourcing, negotiate contracts, and drive cost savings in HVAC procurement. Lead product development and supplier relationship management while analyzing market data and improving processes.

Lead pricing strategy and operations across products, regions, and customer segments. Build and manage a pricing team, govern discounting and exceptions, implement pricing systems (CPQ/ERP), set pricing policies and KPIs, partner with Sales/Finance/Product/Supply Chain, and drive revenue and margin improvements tied to P&L outcomes.

Provide legal advice and support for ethics and compliance programs across the U.S. and Canada, covering anti-bribery, antitrust, Code of Conduct, training, risk self-assessments, M&A integration, and employee inquiries. Develop policies, deliver trainings, track compliance metrics, and collaborate with legal and business partners to promote a culture of integrity.

Lead enterprise internal communications strategy and channel governance to connect company strategy to employee communications. Develop editorial plans, manage the communications calendar, prioritize stories, set channel standards, advise leaders, measure effectiveness with analytics, and modernize internal channels to drive engagement and business outcomes across intranet, email, events and digital platforms.

Lead enterprise social media strategy and governance across major platforms; develop storytelling and content; support executive visibility and employee advocacy; run social listening and analytics; partner cross-functionally to amplify campaigns and measure impact; coach leaders and manage agencies to align digital engagement with business objectives.
