Part-time (25% utilization) Data Scientist to build predictive models in R for healthcare use cases (provider performance, patient engagement, cost and utilization). Requires healthcare domain experience (provider, payer, or HIE) and expert statistical modeling skills. 3-year contract based in Boise, Idaho. Relevant certifications preferred.

Design and deliver a MicroStrategy-based BI architecture aligned to client objectives. Lead mixed TD/client BI teams, advise DBAs/devs on physical data modeling and optimization, develop complex reports/analytics, mentor team members, and apply Teradata best practices on-site in Honolulu across multiple multi-week trips.

Manage and monitor Foodservice contract funding and compliance: set up and maintain contract funding components in EPM, monitor accruals and advances, ensure correct accounting treatment, support volume reporting and payment execution, coordinate with Sales, Planning and auditors, and improve SOX controls and documentation.

Develop and automate tests and procedures for Teradata Dual Active products. Design and execute functional, integration, boundary, and load tests using ETL and BI tools. Build/maintain test frameworks, simulate dual-active data warehouse environments, analyze performance, troubleshoot defects, and collaborate within an Agile team to improve test efficiency and product quality.

Support SMART Learning Center marketing operations including client relationship management, communication plan execution and auditing, scheduling and hospitality, office operations, basic accounting, data management, and assistance on research and project tasks.

Provide second-level end-user support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and conferencing equipment. Deploy and image iOS/Android devices, track hardware lifecycle, troubleshoot printers/plotters and VComm, and assist with laptop/desktop installs and maintenance.

Maintain, update, and secure servers, databases, and installed server applications. Provide expert desktop support for Windows, macOS, and Linux to faculty and staff. Manage file shares, perform server backups, maintain IT asset inventory, configure and connect devices, monitor network and server performance, and respond to help desk issues.
