Lead experience strategy and design execution for a global, operations-focused Coach platform. Independently solve complex, data-rich workflow problems, design scalable system-aware solutions, partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations, drive alignment, evolve shared patterns, and communicate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
