Diagnose performance gaps, develop actionable improvement plans, support rollouts and training, and build strong franchise relationships to drive consistency and profitability across assigned market.

Support regional financial decision-making through forecasting, scenario analysis, and campaign performance evaluation. Maintain weekly/monthly sales and transaction reports, dashboards, and PL forecasts. Monitor franchise collections and bad debt forecasting. Partner with control and supply chain teams, produce insights for optimization, and support ad-hoc finance projects and stakeholder reporting.

Lead cross-functional projects to improve restaurant operations and guest experience, using data and stakeholder engagement to pilot, embed, and scale systems, processes, and behavioural change across franchise partners and support teams.

Prepare annual audited financial statements, manage statutory audits, ensure tax and VAT compliance for Zambian and South African entities, perform tax forecasting and reporting, support transfer pricing and tax audits, improve tax processes, and support the shared service finance team.
