What You’ll Be Serving Up
To oversee all on-premise channel operations, performance, and technologies, ensuring the effective management and scaling of in-restaurant technologies, including but not limited to POS, kiosks, digital menu boards, and other front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) technologies and applications.

- On-Premise Channel Management: Lead the strategy and execution of all on-premise channel operations to ensure high performance and superior customer experiences.
- Technology Management: Oversee the deployment and performance of all FOH and BOH technologies, including KDS, POS, and other solutions like.
- Digital Menu Boards: Manage the performance and optimization of digital menu boards to enhance in-restaurant customer engagement.
- Kiosk and Self-Service Technology: Ensure the effective implementation, management, and performance of kiosk and self-service technologies.
- Tech Scaling: Develop and execute strategies to scale on-premise technology solutions across restaurants, including applications like Digital Routines, Labor/Inventory Management, and Production & Forecasting Management platforms.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on-premise operations with overall business objectives.
- Digital Platform Commercialization and Integration: Manage the commercialization and operational integration of digital platforms, ensuring they are effectively embedded into restaurant operations to enhance efficiency, drive growth
- Improve the customer experience.
Education
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, technology management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing and scaling on-premise technologies in a retail or restaurant environment.
Skills
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with FOH and BOH technologies, digital menu boards, and kiosks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive technology performance improvements.
Salary Range: $99,200 to $105,030 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
